Within the location of Goole, Elite Fitness has been established for over eight years, and is the towns premier weights and lifting centre and the first gym, locally, to become a fully affiliated 'Hammer Strength' training centre; for those seriously interested in fitness this proves to be a popular attraction. Not only do we specialise in weights based training, offering a wide range of both free weights and plate loaded equipment, we also have an excellent range of cardio machines too, along with our fully air conditioned studio which is fitted with boxing bags and is fully matted, providing an excellent facility for the various classes held routinely at the gym.
Here at Elite Fitness we employ a small team of highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, several of whom are fully qualified personal trainers, offering a vast amount of health and fitness pathways, including:

Elite Fitness is dedicated to making all members feel welcome - the 'community' atmosphere within the gym is testament to this, and our staff are only too happy to help with any queries or advice; Elite is open to all standards of fitness levels which makes it an ideal place for beginners and pros alike! Speaking of which, we are proud to be able to boast several local competitive athletes use our training facility as their preferred local gym.
Finally, to make us that little bit more appealing, Elite Fitness is conveniently located in Goole town centre, and there is a long stay car park across the road which is free of charge. For those using public transport, the gym is only a short walk away from the bus stop and about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which makes it easily accessible. We also provide bike racks for those who need them.
